High rate discharge characteristics and larger capacity are realized by improving in the performance of plates which constitute the heart of the battery, and by introducing an ideal collector structure which can be said to be its blood vessels. With these features, the HV Series sealed lead-acid batteries, while responding to the lately attention-catching needs of less than 30-min applications, are also contributing toward the development of ever more compact devices.
